The Equity in Internships Program (EQUIP) was launched in early 2021 to support racial equity and increase experiential learning opportunities for black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) students facing financial barriers to growing their career. BIPOC students interested in building skills relevant to FocusMaine’s signature sectors (aquaculture, life sciences, and the food economy) from accounting to marine science are encouraged to apply.
Application deadline: March 3, 2022.
All stipends will be awarded in the amount of $1,000.
