Education Leaders Experience
Empowering education leaders to bridge classrooms and careers.
Through an important collaboration with UNUM, the Education Leaders Experience (ELE) bridges Maine’s educators with business, community, and policy leaders, fostering collaboration and innovative problem-solving. This yearlong professional development program immerses participants in Maine’s economy and workforce challenges, equipping them to lead transformative initiatives within their schools and communities. By connecting education with real-world workforce needs, ELE empowers educators to inspire the next generation of career-ready Mainers, advancing Educate Maine’s mission of bridging education and economic opportunity.
