ELE Tuition

Tuition for the 2026–2027 Education Leaders Experience is $1,425 per participant. Tuition covers program costs, materials, meals, and facilities for the eight program sessions (12 days total). Travel to and from sessions and any lodging for single-day sessions are not included

Individual tuition contributions do not cover the full cost of the program. We are grateful to our founding corporate partner, Unum, whose generous support makes this experience possible. With Unum and our other partners, we are committed to making ELE more broadly accessible to education leaders across Maine.

*Participants from schools where more than 50% of students qualify for free and reduced lunch may be eligible for a partial tuition scholarship.

Contact Hours and Tuition Discount

ELE participants receive 80 contact hours upon full completion of the program.

All ELE graduates are eligible for a 25% tuition discount at the University of New England, applicable to any graduate education course or program, including master’s degrees, graduate certificates, and the Ed.D. program.
